Mario, I'm not counting on takeover although the following should be noted:

1. At current price a takeover would be immediately accretive to HAS or MAT.

2. Radica obviously has long relationship with HAS. HAS has raised debt mainly with intent of repurchasing shares but also with acquisitions, given Radicas much lower p/e it would be better investment for HAS imo.

3. MAT recently announced interest in interactive toys - with interaction with INTC and MIT media lab. Each of these sound developmental. If MAT wanted to expedite this it would probably buy a company with experience.
