so recent events might seem to crush that metric ? stability counts no? ? there are tales and fairy tales :0) fiction and non fiction .. hopes and dreams... and spin :) I have dollars in China.. was very pleased to see NIO HK listing ... no dollars in Russia for me the path is clear ... bumpy.. but inevitable thinking USSR in terms of decline... now not even USSR... just USwhat?? and followed by US full stop... ?
