Obama Russia Oil Imports FELL BETWEEN JAN 2009-JAN2017 = from 15,994 to 11,192 = -30%
POS tRUMP Russia Oil Imports INCREASED JAN 2017-JAN 2021 = From 11,192 to 20,104 = +80%!!!!!
