Alan, Your message prompted me to go back and look at the chart actions around the November 1996 period. There is no question, the positive announcement by AMAT really made the sector go. The day after the announcement, most stocks had a large percentage increase. FSII was one of them, but after that it stayed at the new level for a considerable period. I think the situation is similar to 1966 with respect to the upcoming AMAT conference call. If they sound positive, the positive impact on the other stocks will probably be great. It might just be what is needed to keep a rally going. Guess we keep our powder dry until after the conference call on Tuesday. Regards, Don W.
