Update on PNRL:

I sold PNRL after a nice (lucky) rise from $7 to $14 after the Bay Networks deal.

The stock had been in the $13 range ever since. I bought back at $13 7/8 2 weeks ago, and today the stock is up to $14 1/2, up 3/4.

Earnings are due this week before or on Oct 10th. They recently sold off 2 divisions of the company last quarter, and win a $2M settlement from SMC.

The deal with Bay will be final after the shareholders meeting the end of Oct. Expect the deal to be approved and the new company Access Beyond in Nov.

Don't forget, for each share of PNRL you get 1 share of Access Beyond and $10 of Bay stock. Sell the Bay, and keep the Access Beyond.

With the rise today I expect the last quarter earnings to come in close to break even, and announce good things about orders for Access Beyond remote access equipment.

We will see if I am right again...
