On shorting YURI....

You say that you actually know someone who shorted the stock..Did they give you their reason? The only way I would take a short position in a company like Yurie would be if I held a larger long position and I was just interested in covering some of the downside risk; but then again, a few carefully thought out puts would effectively accomplish the same thing on a shorter time scale.

In general, it makes no sense to short a company with accelerating earnings growth.
