It is our opinion that concessions 4 and 6 never left the hands of
Dot Whitney Culver de Lemon, the original owner. Inversora Mael NEVER
owned the concessions, because they were never Ramon Torres to hand over. Ramon Torres who had power of attorney over Dot's affairs also
had such power revoked formally notarized and prior to the illegal
transfer to Mael and then to KRY. In fact, in 1991 on Feb 26 Torres
And Mael accepted the courts ruling that they were never entitled to the
concessions. All transactions were annulled. There is incontrevertible evidence that Torres never owned the concessions,
the anullment was even ratified by the Supreme Court On Oct 18, 1991.
