ND, I agree with your use of the Shakespeare quote. The recent negative posts remind of the time many years ago when I was about to embark on a difficult business venture that others had failed at. In the transition period between leaving my salaried position and starting my new company, I was amazed by the number of people who offered their subtle and not-so-subtle opinions about why I would fail. The "you can't do it" comments started with a secretary who had done some work for others who had tried. Then a couple of fellow engineers offered their two bits. Then one of the executives threw his cold water. Then, a neighbor took his shot. Even one of my cousins got into the act. What's the point? Just that I'm getting the same feeling now as then. PM
