Delayed quotes are fine with me now, even for day trading.. For the past 8 years I've had real time satellite delivery, before that a dedicated line. I currently use any number of the free services on the internet and find them satisfactory. With stocks I haven't found any loss of timing entry and exit opportunity because I pick my entry and exit targets using my own TA. With options its more difficult of course. Compared to what I used to pay, which in some cases was over thousands per month for real time data your suggested site (and probably its competition, which are many... even some free real time sites now) is a steal.. good luck.
