I have this long and growing list of people about whom I reserve judgement.

Putin is on it. Interesting guy. Seems to be very smart. Almost universally hated by the West, but generally - with tens of millions of exceptions - liked by Russia's citizens. Read somewhere that based on the countries's constitution he can no longer serve as president after 2024.

Seems to be very serious about religion. Reputedly, leads a quiet lifestyle - no wild parties, no flashy women, no substances. There are many biographies out there - but most of them are hit jobs, and all are biased. You’re welcome to pick your favorite flavor of propaganda. So, I remain agnostic. There are more important issues out there.
