I've set up my phone to give me an electric shock anytime I try to respond to one of your posts so this is the last one... I said I was old school in this regard. That older employee has shown loyalty to the company and has a proven track record. Why not reward that? The younger guy might jump ship soon as someone offers him a nickel higher pay, skip work to go to a concert or get offended because I swatted a fly and threw the whole ecosystem out of balance. My arms are starting to smoke from the voltage, have to go now. Ow ow ouch
