Of all the corporate unethical misbaviours, screwing some out of their pension when they are near retirement is the worst IMHO.. And employees actually have very few safeguards re. how the pension is managed and controlled at corporate level.. I think that is one of the many reasons people end up working for the Govt. at some point.. FWIW
