Depends on which Sally. One Sally plays the system to stay within the points system. (True story) Had one that balanced FMLA, sick time, vacation days and unexcused absences to get within 1 point of being able to get rid of her every year for the whole time I was there. I think she missed 3 months or more of work year after year.
On the other hand, the other Sally out welded everyone else on the floor so there's that.
Just saw a white cabbage butterfly. There was snow on the ground 2 days ago.
Nuthatch was building a nest this morning too. Spring seems to be here. The frogs have been singing the last couple nights.
