I also thought CH was a good buy at 23 & recently added more at 15. I have read before about copper indicating the level of the Chilean market. This fund doesn't list copper or metals in it's top sectors which are mainly electric, phone, food, etc. Do you know if it is still held by the big institutional groups: especially Harvard? I'm linking the Trust Net site for Chile Fund in case you do not have it. Sharon trustnet.co.uk
