No need to appolagise, like I have said we as in many of us have turned over many stones with this situation, and we are very comfortable with all the answers.
We do know that CSJ has ruled that Inversora Mael has title to the property, and both the PDG and the CVG were aware of it in 1991, in fact it was the CSJ that ordered the publication of title in The Official Gazzette.
Like I said, much af what these two clowns are doing is rehashing old news, and trying to sound like some kind of an alarm is going off, we have gone over everything, and now we await the respected decision of the Supreme Court Of Venezuela, which is the highest court in the land, in Venezuela. This should be the final decision, whether KRY wins, or PDG wins I can't say for sure, it is important to both. The odds and the information seem to weigh in KRY's favour, and as investors or speculators, this is what we are all betting on.
The downside, yes it could be $2.00/sh, maybe even less, but they do have two other Venezuelan concessions as well, and they also have the right to a huge tract of land in Brazil.
This is all I can say for now, let the boys have their fun, and we can all have a good laugh.........hehehehe I'm so dumb???, it makes me laugh when I make money hehehehehe!......sorry Metals...we'll se ya later....hehehehehe!!
