Not sure who the guy is that wrote it, but I had saved this back when Bill Small posted it on 3/6/14.... I kind of figured that we would be revisiting Ukraine again and again over the years.... A bunch of the folks in my investment club are retired military....Back in 2014, they chatted about how the Ukraine was well on its way to becoming the next Vietnam.... I wonder how the Baltics compare to the Ukraine....???
