Larry,

Thanks for the response. O.K.. So I'm not completely out of school. I'll hold the celebration until others get an opportunity to contest the numbers.

YURI first call EPS for 4 Qs of FY 98 are 0.10, 0.11, 0.12, and 0.13. ..... I believe YURI can make 0.54-0.58 instead of 0.46 for FY 98. Do you agree me on this issue?

Well, I have to tell you that based upon last quarter these estimates look to be a joke and yes, it appears that YURI should blow these away..we agree on this. Their success however will be predicated upon finding a way to replace the revenue stream coming from Splitrock and on top of that the required growth. If YURI can do this the security will do well. This remains to be seen however given such a volatile market.

BTW, the weakness in YURI is also due to, I believe, lack of major firm support and coverage. If Goldman Sachs decides to be a player with YURI, that will change the whole situation.

Larry, this is valuable input and worth considering. If GS comes in and initiates coverage with a strong buy what would you expect the stock price to do? Will coverage by GS assure success through 98 for the company?

Gary
