By "deal" I assume you mean buyout. I doubt it. MCI has a lot of links to MSFT and although they signed some kind of marketing deal with RNWK a few months ago I don't see why they wouldn't keep their options open on this type of technology. If there's a price war brewing between RNWK and MSFT on realtime Internet audio/video then companies like MCI will benefit from letting them fight it out and playing them off against each other.
