Joe Biden appears to be the right man at the right time. He has already done the near impossible by uniting an otherwise fractured NATO back into the world's most formidable military alliance (ever).

He is walking a fine line, trying to give all the help he can to the struggling Ukrainians while avoiding escalating the war in Ukraine to WWIII. The feckless repubs are doing their best to sabotage his efforts, working against the best interests of their country in order to score cheap political points.
Getting the Baltic states to donate their russian arms systems to Ukraine is genius. When we "back fill" them with state of the art U.S. weaponry we will be updating their capabilities and those of NATO in general, simultaneously, a win-win for everone.

It may be a good thing that MTG , Boobert and the other fascist clowns are the new face of the republican party, they can all go down the sh*tter together. (And it won't take 15 flushes either).

Let's hope that Xi can be convinced to largely stay on the sidelines and let Putin's demise play out.
