I heard from a friend who advised me to purchase some. He had heard exactly the same thing as you that "the reason the stock went down is that the principle person in the company is sick and is terminal. He told me that they would announce a deal last week.

I have been hesitant to invest though because I couldn't find that much information on this company on the internet.

Thank you for responding, It look's like an interesting stock to watch.
