What's puzzling me is why you keep saying the product will never appear. And you really are implying that. Have you read any of the scientific articles? They seem to say otherwise. I think your position is too extreme. You want 100% probability at today's prices. It will not happen. If I had concrete evident that you want and prices were still at 7.5, I would make a huge investment in the company. And so would everybody and his brother. Like I said before, I have to consider any allegations you make about company behavior before November-December 97 as hearsay. I'm sure you heard the famous Rashamon story about how data changes as different people process it. Based on my direct experiences with phone calls to the company, email questions, the conference call, etc. I do not get the feeling that company is evasive. I got the feeling that some questions were not answered in the conference call because of legal or other business reasons. I'm pleased the company is as forthcoming as they are. I would be surprised if Microsoft would be as forthcoming if I called them asking all kinds of questions about how they are running the company. So, yes to answer your question, that is how I run my business. From what I have seen so far, the company is as straightforward and frank as I would want them to be. I do not think a stockholder has the right to know everything the company is doing. Not every question might be coming from a friendly source, and I surely don't want management saying anything that will help competition or bring on a stockholder lawsuit. PM
