He won't pay his taxes. You would think that for appearance sake he would pay the bill, and appeal. My sense is that he's the type of guy no one wants to do business with. For the benefit of Darleen - Arid Technologies becomes Pacific Agricultural Holdings becomes Pacific Agricultural Services which becomes Cadiz in its many forms. Pacific hangs out at 1330 Park View in Manhattan Beach, which happens to be the Manhattan Country Club owned by Parkview Properties, Inc. which is operated by 1334 Partners LP which is run by Brackpool. Suggest that you contact Manhattan Village Management and Sumitomo Bank who have been in court with this guy. I was working from SEC documents until I got the inane response from Darleen and looked with a search engine. I imagine that there's a story behind each little entry; whatever.
