Someone who is affiliated with Moscow State University looked at the actual documents, in Ukrainian language, and stated the documents don’t support a weapons lab. His claim was this got broader attention
because people know neither Ukrainian language nor biology, and the listed bio substances
are standard. I trusted the statement because it was coming from MSU rather than the West.
Also, how likely is it a bio-lab in former Soviet Union would clear Pentagon red tape? My guess is 0% likelihood. I know I would not be allowed to have that kind of clearance, let alone a Ukrainian citizen. So, this is aliens on Mars kind of story, maybe with Elon Musk starting a colony -g-
