study claims Putin has Asperger's syndrome
So? Even if true, this doesn't change anything. What you see is what you get.

How does that make Putin different from anyone else, like for instance, Joe Biden, Angela Merkel, Boris Johnson, Justin Trudeau, or Donald Trump?

In each case, what you see is what you get.

The Smugnuts who inhabit the permanent governments and establishments of various countries don't look at anything to see what's there, but to see what they want to see.

To coin a phrase, they are not truth seekers.

They want and expect the gravy train to run forever and are enraged when it stops.

Putin indicates to the West, (the USA), he does not like it using Ukraine to undermine Russia, but it continues. So he does the Crimea thing, (which the Crimea folk seem to like since they were never part of Ukraine anyway until Kruschev moved 'em over).

The West, (the USA), still doesn't get it and still uses Ukraine to attack Russia.

Putin invades Ukraine. How 'bout that !!??!!?? Who'd a thot he'd do such a thing!!??!!??
