...can confirm this pharmacy method...gives the pharmacist, not the MD the markup $$$..some MD's dont care, as they look at it as a hassle to get reimbursed on their inventory...others Im sure will stock it if they see reimbursement is timely...but I believe the $600 is what medicare is allowing...
