Wayne, Your quess is as good as mine in regards to a reg -s buyout- I just base my opinion on the matter on the nature of reg-s placements. Why should the present holders of the reg-s give up their positions? What would entice them to do so and would it be any less dilutive to present shareholders? In regards to the filing matter I'm just hoping they get their act together before the proposed nasdaq ruling dumps non filing companies to the pink sheets. I don't have all the info on that but it is in the works at least. The reg-s filing is late- period.As I posted earlier, it was common knowlege that electronic filing is the norm - since may 1996. Things like this make me wonder what is going on here, regards,p.b.
