Thanks for the info. To be honest I had heard about MBF a few years back in an investment newsletter and didn't really know that much about it. I actually bought MBF Holdings which seems to hold some 31% of MBF Finance now called MBF Capital. (Isn't the Internet great. Found all this out & visited their home page tonight.) I believe then that the move up was just a large rebound with the rest of the market esp. since they are down from around $13 to $1+. They seem quite financially sound with earnings up for the year ending June 30 '97. The MBF Capital rumors probably helped though.
