It was also pointed out to me (Gonzalo Lira) that the Russians are happy to continue negotiations with the Ukrainians for as long as it takes. It gives them a good view of who is pulling the strings - who is really behind the decisions and demands.

I read somewhere - maybe here - that Zelensky recently admitted that he was told by the US that joining NATO was not an option, but that he was also told to keep that information under wraps. Well, it's not under wraps now, if it is true, so it looks like he's softening and the Russians are learning from it. Instructional to the Ukrainians as well.

With fuel delivery problems, there may be issues with moving things around, but I don't think the Russians are that interested in moving right now. The longer things take, the more chance there may be for them to refuel. It doesn't look like there are any gamechangers going on right now, unless a bunch of Javelins are en route. I also read somewhere that the Javelins they had initially were unusable early on - they hadn't been keeping up with the battery recharging.

Just wait until we get an EV powered military. LOL!
