Techie, Pat, Have you seen s3 on amati. 671,000 shares are to be sold by private holders. That is in addition to 600,000 that is to be registered to cover warrants. I did not have time to review it carefully but it looked like 600K will go to amati(the famous $15M) and 671,000 will be just dumped by insiders. Any comments? Regards -Albert
