Wallace Rivers: re IPLS and RBD. Can't see any undervaluation with IPLS. Looks like one of those stocks wherein one really has to know the business, the company, or the managers (or all) - or have faith in somebody who does. Still, stock is closing in on its high -- somebody must like it. RBD - one of the ole nifty-fifty - still too expensive IMO. I can see it as a dividend play. (I'll be interested more if/when I see recommendations by Geraldine/Gregory Weiss or other div. investors.) Don't like that roe is decreasing, div's being increased,yet large debt being taken on. JMO. Paul Senior
