>> And you know that for a fact? A real fact? Were it a real fact, you'd think we'd have some documentation of it by now. Would that not show up in Biden's tax returns?

We know Hunter was taking money. There is strong circumstantial evidence (which is all you can really ask for) that Joe was getting a piece of the action.

And as to tax returns there are several possibilities, but I've had more than one client walk in my office not expecting to pay taxes on money because it was illegal money and I explained to them that they have to pay the tax even if it was illegally earned. I'm not even sure this payment would have been illegal. (I had one guy try to get by with selling a Sigorsky to someone in South America without paying -- he said he thought since it wasn't in the US he didn't have to report it....) Payments for other instances of tax fraud can be easily masked by other income in many cases, and I'm sure a lot of those get by.

On the tax return issue, I would just need to see the set of returns for the tax year & +/- 1 to see what's there. Unfortunately, it is only the people who play by the rules like Trump who get audit after audit. He'll get a chickenshit Ways & Means audit, that didn't even catch it when Nixon and his problems were audited...

It is fair to say that Biden was highly likely to have been allocated a kickback; whether he backed out and gave it to Hunter (the more sensible decision at the time) is another issue.

I don't understand why you people are so willing to let a crumb like Biden go unexamined on a pretty obvious allegation, when you have spent five years in one witch-hunt after another against Trump, never turned up a thing, and STILL are hoping you are going to get him on something.

What about the rule of law? Someone commits a crime or act of corruption, and they are taken out for it. That's how it should be. Let say, 1% of the investigative power you wasted on Trump (Trump was as honest as the day is long) and apply it to investigating Biden's corrupt dealings? How about it?

When it comes to the rule of law, you're all talk and no action, when it comes to your anointed party.
