Few, in any, options are apparent subsequent to abrogation of the mining license for the entire company.
Manifestly, as the mine was majority owned by Venezuela itself this action was done in cynical bad faith to disenfranchise any ownership rights of the minority partner-- GDRZFZ.
Venezuela government has ignored legal bodies which have adjudicated ownership issues and after remitting a portion of the stipulated payments summarily stopped paying the judgment.

Now, the Biden administration is in negotiation with the Venezuela government to relax or undo sanctions against Venezuela in an apparent attempt to increase oil available to the USA. ( I am certain this has
nothing, nothing what- ever, to do with the forth-coming midterm election!)
This situation now seems, to me, to be the nadir of the companies' relationship with the Venezuela
rulers and other than Chinese or Russian interest in development and operation of the mine, resolution, if ever possible, must be contingent on change of Venezuela government. Not a likely prospect.
