A $1 million BUY @ the market in the AM would have to be on an uptick. Noone would expect the Company to BUY millions of shares of stock without putting the price up. That being said, I'm not sure any stock has actually been bought back yet, nor do they have to at anytime unless they want to. I think the $50 million buyback is just about to begin.
