They must be wanting this on every inch of US states and territories and in Europe. Russia will oblige.
I like the people evaporating stuff, savings on funeral expenses. -g- This will be our fate in major US cities, better than dying relatively slowly from radiation exposure and third degree burns. It is still fast, you will be dead within 3 weeks, possibly sooner depending on radiation dose, and be in horrible pain all that time, likely blinded by looking at the explosion, eyes burning horribly.
