An timely reply and appreciated from METOO. This seizure of assets, in my view, could have been initiated years ago as the present value of the assets, if received, would have been worth considerably more than would be received now. I have not tracked the success that other holders of Venezuelan assets have had in obtaining recovery. One might think that if this avenue of seizure were deemed to offer a possibility of some recovery/restoration of value that GDRZ would have or should have pursued it. That they have not perhaps suggests that it is not feasible... Lemma
