If I was Malone and I knew this technology was close to being developed I would hold off all costly plant upgrades until AT&T had it ready. Cutting my upgrade costs by 2/3 that's worth waiting for.Maybe that's what Tom J. meant when he said in an interview a few months ago that the rollout will really start in earnest this summer.
