Startac is analog only. Analog can be easily cloned.
Q-phone is a receiving device, it is up to Airtouch to
have CDMA coverage.
It is true from the customer's perspective to have a dual mode
phone. However, by having two phones into one, you will sacrifice
the size.

If you want to wait for Motorola's Startac, you will be in the
long wait. Your best bet is the next generation of Q-phone.
I am saying this because Motorola, a company famous for its
flip phones, has not commercialize any CDMA phone, clunky or
smal.
