| | | Female humans are born with two X chromosomes, and males are born with an X chromosome and a Y chromosome. I'm not sure why someone like that nutty fake judge would have to be a biologist to know that. The biological and physiological differences used to be taught in junior high school biology and physiology classes many decades ago.
Restrooms and sports teams that are labeled "gentlemen", "men", "boys", or "male" should only permit humans with XY chromosomes to enter.
Restrooms and sports teams that are labeled "ladies", "women", "girls", or "female" should only permit humans with XX chromosomes to enter. The biological chromosome pairing should be the only litmus test that matters. XY chromosomes do not belong in the XX chromosome restrooms, dressing rooms, or on sports teams or in sports competitions meant for XX chromosomes.
In days gone by, the restroom door labels also included "guys" and "dolls", but the woke crowd would bwcome completely unglued if they saw that today, although no one back then thought anything of it or took offense to it at all. We didn't stop at the door to analyze whether XY chromosomes belonged in the guys or dolls restrooms. Everyone simply knew which restroom or dressing room to enter. I never saw any hint of confusion or resistance from anyone regarding which restroom or dressing room to enter during my entire life until all of this gender confusion nonsense started.
I'm not sure why some people like Bruce Jenner and William Thomas believe they are women named "Caitlyn" and "Lia". It seems like a mental illness of some kind. On the surface, it seems that "Trans woman" = "mentally ill homo guy", but I'm not a biologist. LOL!
There are also some unisex restrooms and family restrooms out there, and anyone can enter those, but I'm sure that the unisex restrooms will abused by the small element of perverts and predators out there. Those dangerous elements should be destroyed as soon as they are caught breaking the law.
I think the "authorities" have decided to play along with the mentally-ill trans crowd and let them do anything they want instead of paying to hospitalize them in psychiatric care wards and help them cope with accepting their chromosome configuration. XY chromosomes do not equal "woman" and will never equal "woman" no matter what the so-called "trans women" believe in their mentally ill minds and state of "gender dysphoria", but clearly they need help. Sex chromosomes are a fact of life they must come to accept. Regardless, it is unacceptable for them to bother and irritate sane and normal people.
