We need a transparent voting registration, and tabulation system.
I started back at the accumulators stages, and we need a set of rules that work. Someone is causing mischief that counted votes wrong in 2020. To overcome that, while votes are updated by media and SOEs and the 50-57 Secretaries of State, I want accumulators timestamped (h:mm:ss.nn zone (time zone)), with rules that they only go up.
It has to be a system that handles provisional ballots, temporary votes, adjudicated decisions, final votes, but catches votes switched, which might cause reductions and lump sum additions. The county votes should then go into each state total.
It's for somebody else to finish, but we need a system that works, and handles the early votes and is transparent, and handles Provisional votes, but does not abuse them.
