Here's the story from the Gateway Pundit which has both videos of the shootings and the torture of Russian prisoners on the part of the Ukies. If validated, these are war crimes. At our own insistence, Nazis hung at Nuremberg for this sort of thing as well as Japanese at the end of WW2
