<Why do they need emplyoees> I agree with what you say, but if I'm expecting to license my product to many clients I will need to hire some backoffice people to handle paperwork, I am under the impression that the people they have now are mostly of the techincal nature not administration, even if they are planning to hire 1-3 more, its a significant addition to the workforce of 15.
