Right on. I was agreeing with you. The whole purpose you have in war is destruction of the enemy's ability to make war and kill the enemy till what is left quits.
I do think that, as horrible as war is, that there are times it has a righteous cause. Stopping those who seek to conquer and subjugate your country is a righteous cause. Aggression for the sake of ego or profit for those in power, of course, is not.
It is a fact that the people of any country would rather not wage war. They want to marry and raise children and seek some happiness and success in their life. They are the ones who have to bear the brunt and pain of war. The politicians who seek the war make victims of their own people.
Most of the heads of Nazis Germany eventually got some justice. But what of the 4.3 million German soldiers who were killed. How many of them fought for their country without a clue why? How many of them were no more than kids who put on a uniform just because they were made to.
We knew what we were there fore and why we were fighting. It was righteous.
Reagon brought the end of the Soviet Empire with peace through strength.
Trump hates war and knows the way to have it is peace through strength.
The communist of this world want to conquer it all. They are Godless power driven maniacs who have a perverted and impossible view of what the world should be. They will conquer you from within if possible and from without if they think they can succeed. They must be stopped whatever the cost.
