Overvalued at .05 you say. Hmm...with 25 million shares outstanding, that is only about 1.25 million market cap. Considering the current market rate for a worthless shell company is between 2 million and 20 million (see most of the 5 dollars and under stocks) this actually isn't the worst deal on the street. Maybe you would be interested in a counter offer for SFAD which just somehow sold/merged its shell consisting of 750+ million shares and a stock price of .005 = 3.75 million with only $6500 in total assets based on EDGAR filings!
