Get out now if you want to remain her favorite! Rain is selling at 136 times earnings-- the S&P500 sells at 16!!!! Are you trying to tell me that Rain is going to be worth the next 10 years earnings tommorrow? This is just another fad like Hard Rock cafe, Planet Hollywood, Fashion cafe, All Star cafe, Jeckle and Hyde etc. Get the picture? The big tourist cities all over the country are already supersaturated with these fad cafe's. It's pretty well known that second year sales in same stores is generally down do to the the big buildup before openings followed by the curiosity wearing out. Only the biggest of cities can support these Mega expensive to run, overhyped, overly expensive cheesburger palaces. As Planet Hollywood already proved by closing down ther flagship store in Seoul, South Korea, there is really no more room for expansion---at these lofty levels, the first sign of slowing earnings will crash Rain HARD--50% easily given this ridiculously astronomical P/E-- last time I saw this was Presstech which fell from 200 to 45 in 3 days after a negative article in Barrons--by the way, the Wall Street Journal carried an article a couple of days ago about the absurd price of Planet Hollywood(p/e around 45-50) and the stock has since tanked--if youve made good money get out before everyone rushes for the door.
I could go on forever about this one. Suffice it to say that the candlestick charts marked the top for me today. I am comfortably short and looking to sell more. Good luck everyone and be careful not to get to comfortably long.
