I wonder if these WEBS do not actually drive the local markets?

Last week was very interesting if you were watching EWM. It opened up a lot before Malaysia had traded that week. Then Malaysia was up. I wondered whether the WEB was driving the market or if all the other Asian markets being up had influenced peoples thinking.
