<<<Are you certain that the new plant is already operating the one line at maximum capacity(three shifts). Also, did Leland mention when the additional three line would be completed.. >>>

Leland would not go into specifics as to the output of the New line, other than to say it was in production. However our resident thread sleuth did see evidence of 'round the clock production at the new facility with a late night visit or two. He posted that earlier in the thread. The strategy outlined in the December CC suggests that they would go to three lines at two shifts each with the opening of the third line. The workers have foregone vacations and other humane perks for some time and this obviously could not go on indefinitely. I don't know for sure, my projection was my best guess given the information I have (mostly from the CC's)and was wondering if Bradpalm1 had solid information that was different. My estimate is based on 300k units per month for each line, whereas in September, when we know there were three shifts a day, each line was producing 400k units per month. Leland DID project production for Q1 from the old lines at 1.8 million units.

Also, from the December conference call, I had the impression (it was addressed) that the potential additional three lines at the new plant would be added sequentially depending on the success of the marketing program in demand generation. This would also depend on demand from the UK, and when approval comes in Sweden, demand from there.
