Got my proxy today... and what frosts me is this 2:1 reverse split... I mean, it says from 40 million shares to 20 million. I thought we only had about 20 million last spring to begin with. I thought we were comparable to Documentum and that the only difference was share price and coverage. No wonder the stock has tanked. We have twice as many shares as was formerly claimed. Where did all the extra shares come from. I find it unsettling.
