As for the big picture - yes, it is about the “Brave New World Order”. There were always people who wanted to change the world - for better or worse. The Klaus Schwab brunch of the movement is distinctly communistic. The GW/green/MotherEarth types “envision” a much smaller number of human residents living on the planet - preferably, I’m sure, at the expense of the people they don’t like.
Russia could never be sold on any of these - so, they need to be surrounded, weakened and humiliated - so that (as per Brzezinski - they never become a power again. India and China must be intimidated against supporting Russia.
Putin already announced that Russia is “separating” from the West.
Weirdly, what’s emerging is a permanent war situation against permanent enemies - with the world divided. Very reminiscent of Nineteen Eighty-Four:
