Biometrics are improving. Nerve sensors are getting close the the brain. 25 years ago I thought sensors embedded in the neck to detect tongue, larynx, lip, face inputs would be easily doable. Neuralink is going upstream to the brain which would be better.
With gold wire antennas under the scalp, input and output to the cloud would be instant. No need for fat fingers but a short range link to a carried micro computer would still be needed, at least until quantum computing supersedes it maybe.

Then hold a virtual reality New United Nations constitution discussion and voting for a federal constitution requiring 75% of biometrically identified people agreeing. Minimum vote = 5 billion people. Competing constitutions voted on. Continuous voting until the winning constitution has say 80% or maybe 90% of the votes.

PS I'm still working on the new money. Bitcoin and those horribly inefficient, poorly designed blockchains are barking up the wrong tree. It will be based on digital people with peer to peer control, not stinking WEF ideology, nor proof of pointless work as in bitcoin, with no link to the individual.
