Mr. Phillips, two things:

1. Any NATO unifying or Ukraine assistance that has happened during the Ukraine war is done at the expense of the American taxpayer being SOLD OUT by Biden!

2. You need to read full sentences. Your conclusion that Kyiv has been "liberated" just won't fly.
